Scoping Study by Creative Scotland
Creative Scotland has undertaken a scoping study in an attempt to assess the current levels of expertise and widespread use of digital tools. There is acknowledgment that those who were ahead of the game have had an advantage in terms of adaptation to the global pandemic. Dr t's Beall is the Lead Artist for 'Woven in Govan', and was the lead Scottish artist for 'Woven Network' (2020),spanning five countries and led by Platform TU (Ukraine).
